Project Needs: Children's ministry, construction and church ministry.

Tijuana partnership is one of the first partnerships in the Smoke Rise mission ministry. We support the children’s ministry of Fernando Martinez founding pastor of Central Shalom which works with children in the poorest barrios of Tijuana. His ministry provides hope through programs of education, food and activities.
