Tijuana partnership is one of the first partnerships in the Smoke Rise Mission Ministry. We support the children’s ministry of Fernando Martinez founding pastor of Central Shalom which works with children in the poorest barrios of Tijuana. His ministry provides hope through programs of education, food and activities. Smoke Rise has participated with this ministry though providing staff support, child sponsorship, leadership through the board of directors, and sending short term mission teams. Link to Centro Shalom web site below.  Partnership Coordinator is Roy Vreeland.
