BALLET and TAP

Taught by Instructors of Creative Movement and Dance

Tap-Ballet classes are divided with 20 minutes of tap and 25 minutes of ballet. Since ballet is the basis for all dance technique, the combination of both works hand in hand. Technical training is taught through ballet, which helps teach the proper shifting of weight and patterns in movement for tap. All activities are executed to fun music.

Dress code: Girls will need a pink leotard, pink tights, pink ballet slippers, and black tap shoes. Long hair should be pulled away from the face. Please label all dance attire.

Ages: 3-5

Thursdays: 1:45-2:30 pm

Session 1: Starts September 3– (class will not be held the week of Thanksgiving)

Annual Registration Fee: $30

Tuition for Session 1: $192 (or monthly payments of $48)

Tuition for Session 2: $240 (or monthly payments of $48)

All Creative Movement and Dance classes will feature a recital in May. **No additional costume or recital fees.**
